We want every detective to enjoy the experience.

If your mystery box arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or if there is an issue caused by us that prevents you from enjoying the experience as intended, please contact us.

 

We will review the situation promptly and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

If you live in a jurisdiction that grants consumers a legal right of withdrawal (including the European Union and the United Kingdom), you may be entitled to cancel your purchase and request a refund within the applicable statutory period, provided that the product remains unused and in its original condition.

To be eligible for a return where permitted by applicable law, the investigation box should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received, including all original investigation materials, evidence files, suspect dossiers, printed documents, inserts, accessories, and other contents supplied as part of the experience.

Before returning your investigation box, please ensure that all original contents are included, where applicable:

☐   Medical Reports files

☐   Suspect Dossiers & Interrogation files

☐   Photographs 

☐   Newspapers 

☐   The City map 

☐   Printed Documents and Reports

☐   Investigation Inserts and Accessories

☐   Unused Physical Components (game box, game props)

☐   Original Packaging (where reasonably available)

Please note that because UNSOLVED MYSTERY investigations may also include digital content, downloadable materials, access credentials, AI-powered features, or other immediately accessible content, certain refund rights may be limited once access has been granted or the investigation experience has begun.

If a shipment is returned because it was unclaimed, customs requirements were not completed, or an incorrect delivery address was provided, any refund may be reduced by shipping, handling, customs, return transportation, or other costs incurred.
